“Music and arts education creates bridges across Europe — through shared inspiration, experience, and mutual understanding, we grow stronger together.”

I believe that music and arts education has the unique power to connect people across cultures, countries, and generations.

My motivation for working within the European Music School Union is to strengthen cooperation and inspire meaningful exchange across Europe — creating opportunities for mutual learning among educators, institutions, and young musicians.

Through the EMU, I aim to help build stronger connections between regions and countries while learning from innovative ideas and inspiring practices from colleagues throughout Europe. I see the EMU as an important platform where diverse educational traditions can meet, inspire one another, and shape the future of music and arts education together.

Expertise & Focus

International Cooperation & Networking
I focus on developing new opportunities for collaboration between music and arts schools across Europe, supporting international partnerships, exchange of experience, and long-term cultural connections.

Strategic Vision & Regional Development
Currently, I am actively involved in strengthening cooperation within the Visegrád regional group in the EMU framework while exploring future opportunities for deeper European collaboration in music and arts education.

Leadership in Arts Education
As the headmaster of a primary arts school in the Czech Republic, I lead an institution providing education for more than 1,000 students across multiple artistic disciplines. This role gives me extensive experience in educational leadership, cultural management, and the development of high-quality arts education.

I am also a member of the Council of the Association of Primary Schools of Arts of the Czech Republic, where I represent the Ústí Region and contribute to discussions on the development and future direction of arts education at the national level.

Virtuosi per Musica di Pianoforte
An international piano competition and meeting platform for teachers, young pianists, and music professionals from around the world. The project promotes artistic exchange, international dialogue, and the sharing of pedagogical experience across cultures.

Leadership in Arts Education
Through my work as a school director, I support the development of high-quality arts education for more than 1,000 students while contributing to broader discussions about the future of music and arts education in Europe.
