Join us for the premiere of a new EMU hybrid conference format taking place alongside the annual European Music School Union meeting, this time in Prague on invitation of our member AZUŠ ČR.
For the first time, part of the programme will also be available online for the wider EMU community, giving music and arts school leaders and teachers across Europe the opportunity to join, gain new perspectives, and learn more about the work of the EMU.
Throughout the morning, we will explore how music and art school education contributes to democratic societies and why European cooperation matters for our schools, teachers, students, and communities. The programme will present concrete examples of EMU’s work and current priorities, including advocacy, student voice, and inclusion. Participants will also gain insight into how EMU represents the interests of music and arts schools at the European level and works together with partner organisations to strengthen the sector.
Through presentations, talks, discussions, and a member spotlight on AZUŠ ČR, our Czech member organisation and host in Prague, the conference offers an opportunity to discover what EMU does, the topics it is currently working on, and how members can become more involved in the European exchange.
